Ingredients used
1.) 5 Red Raspberry fresh leaves
2.) 6 fresh Peppermint sprigs
3.) 6 Red Clover flowers
4.) 6 White Clover flowers
5.) 1/4 cup fresh Camomile flowers
6.) 1 liter of clean water
Bring water to a simmer with all the ingredients mix together in a small pot. "Note" make sure to use a tight fitting lid this insures none of the medicinal properties evaporate off.
Let simmer for 20 min on low heat then let steep for another ten minutes strain and enjoy.

When I harvest food from the wild I always try to harvest in a sustainable way to insure there will be some left to reproduce and for wildlife that depends on the food as well.
“Did you know Raspberry leaves contain many minerals and vitamins, like B vitamins, vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus and iron."
I never used a sweetner in this tea, but when I do I usually use either a dandelion syrup, or a violet syrup to sweeten up the tea.
Places I found the food used in the recipe.
The Raspberry leaves I found growing in a old logged area.
The Peppermint was harvested in a meadow near Lumby BC.
The two types of clover where harvested along a stream outside of Lumby BC.
Chamomile flowers where found near semi disturbed area by a washout creek bed.
The fresh water came from a natural spring run off up the road by my house.
