Peppermint oil is recommended for its anti-nausea benefits and soothing effects on the colon. It’s also helps to relieve sore muscles when used topically. In addition to this, peppermint essential oil displays antimicrobial properties, which allows peppermint oil to fight infections and even freshen your breath.

When I harvest food from the wild or from perennial plants and herbs I always try to harvest in a sustainable way to insure there will be some left to reproduce and for wildlife that depends on the food as well.

“Did you know that many peppermint oil uses have been documented back to 1,000 B.C. and have been found in several Egyptian pyramids."

I use this particular oil to apply to sore muscles I find it works well for me.

Places I found the ingredients used in the recipe.

The peppermint was harvested from my garden.

The olive oil was picked up from a local supplier.
